[Brilliance] This is Guaranteed to Raise Your Confidence

Posted by Kate Beeders on May 21, 2013 - 8:30 am

moneywalletTry this experiment.  Open up your wallet.   What do you see inside?  Money?  Credit cards?

Is there a lot there?  Or just a little?

Isn’t it amazing that the money you have or the lack of money you have effects how you feel about yourself, your business and life?  Did you ever notice that when you get a big sale, or a client signs up for one of your programs, you feel on top of the world?  But when no one signs up, you can often feel like a loser.

It’s interesting how this thing made up of 5% cotton and 25% linen fibers or the plastic credit cards in your wallet plays so much importance in your life and can bring you up or down.

One of my Aunts used to say, “when you have money in the bank, you come from a place of power”.  That is so true.

But, I also believe that bankwhen you have the ability to manifest the money you want when you need it, you also come from a place of power and a place of confidence.

When you know you have the ability to be in control of your income that is one of the strongest places you can stand from.

Imagine if you could manifest the money you want when you need it.  Imagine what would happen:

1)     No more worrying about money

2)     No more worrying about when the money is going to arrive

3)     No more saying “no” to the things you really want

4)     No more arguments with loved ones about money (arguments about money are one of the biggest reasons for divorce)

5)     No more sacrificing

What else would you add to this list?  What would change in your life?

houseImagine this.  You get an unexpected invitation to visit a good friend a thousand miles away and stay at her beautiful beach house right on the ocean.  She has a beautiful house that you’ve always dreamed of visiting.  Beautiful sunrises and sunsets.  Listening to the waves at night when you fall asleep.   (Just writing about this makes me want to hop on a plane).  Do you say a resounding “YES” without even thinking about it?

Or, do you say ‘I’ll have to let you know”…or “I’ll have to get back to you”.  Knowing full when that when you say that, you don’t have the money to do that trip and that you won’t be able to go?

It’s kind of a lousy place to be in, isn’t it?  Maybe at first you try to get creative…and see if you money probhave any money left on your credit cards you can use…or maybe you think you’ll hold off paying some bills so you can go……or you think you can live on canned tuna and save money on groceries….but most likely, you’re going to end up saying “no” to this fantastic opportunity…because you  just can’t afford it!

money fightIf you have a partner, this is a conversation you probably won’t even want to have as you want to avoid conflict.   (How money is spent seems to be one of the biggest points of pain between entrepreneurs and their partners).

But, what if you had another option?  What if you had a way to bring that additional revenue into your business quickly.  Wouldn’t that be cool and solve everything?

It’s actually more than cool.  I’ve done it lots and lots of times and I’ve taught my clients how to have their own Quick Cash Infusions, too.

Try this easy exercise to start the manifestation process:

The first step is to visualize what you really want.  With the Laws of Attraction, quite simply, what you believe will happen, will happen.  quickcashClose your eyes and get really quiet.   Really start to feel into what that vacation in the beautiful beach house would be like.  Can you smell the ocean air?  Can you hear the waves crashing against the rocks?  Imagine how your feet feeling walking in the sand.  Can you see the clear blue sky overhead…there isn’t a cloud in the sky.   Simply beautiful!

Doesn’t that vision feel good to you?

Starting to see and feel this in your mind is how it all begins.  I’m going to be sharing the other steps needed to have your own Quick Cash Infusions in my upcoming brand new complimentary call:

[Brilliance] Are you tired of choosing this?

Posted by Kate Beeders on May 4, 2013 - 7:02 pm

choicesHire a coach or get a new boiler for your house?  Hire a VA or pay for a math tutor for your daughter?   What’s an entrepreneur to do?  Entrepreneurs are always facing these decisions.  Decisions they shouldn’t have to make.

I was recently at a networking event where an entrepreneur I just met was struggling with that.   She and her husband had “discussed” whether she should hire a VA or pay for a math tutor.  He expected her to take care of her family first, business was second.  She agreed because she wanted to be a good “mom” but she knew she was also hurting her business.

The reason she wanted to hire a VA (virtual assistant) was because her business was growing and she needed additional support.  She was already working every possible waking hour and still couldn’t keep up.   As a result, she was constantly feeling stressed out, overwhelmed and tired.

I’ve worked with many private clients who are facing similar hard choices.  Hire a social media expert or get a piano lessons for their son?  Hire a coach or take their children on vacation?  They want to be the best parent they can be.  That makes sense.  They want to give their children everything possible.  But, when there are limited funds, “mompreneurs” have been making choices.  Hard choices.  It often feels like a “no win” decision to them.  Sometimes, it feels like a “sacrifice” even though they don’t want to admit it.   Then, there’s guilt about making the wrong decision.   Ultimately, what ends up happening is a lot of negative mindset stuff — but, that’s a topic for another article.  You shouldn’t have to make those hard choices.

Now, I could give you all sorts of important reasons of why if you were faced with a similar dilemma you should handle the situation choicedifferently.  Using the example of hiring the VA (but this applies to any additional resource you need for your business)

1) If you aren’t able to hand off some tasks to a VA,  you’ll end up so overworked, you’ll have nothing left over to give your family.  (I was a flight attendant years ago, and we used to always tell passengers to put the oxygen mask on themselves first.  There’s a reason for that).

2) But, if you are able to hand off some tasks, you’ll have more time with your family.   You’ll feel more relaxed.  That’s a really good thing.

3) Also, by hiring that VA, you will be able to grow your business by having time to do the things in your business that you love.   That results in more money.   When you make more money, you’ll have the extra cash to take care of these additional expenses as they come up.
But, I also want you to understand there’s another option.   What if you didn’t have to make those hard choices?  What if you could say “yes” to what you needed to.  NOW.  Wouldn’t that make things so much easier for you?

happySo, here’s another suggestion.  Start looking for ways to have the Quick Cash Infusion when you need it.  There are lots and lots of ways to do that.  Once you start focusing on that, you’ll be surprised at how quickly the money comes in.

Need help understanding what a Quick Cash Infusion is and how to have one? Join me for my brand new upcoming call: Beat the Summertime Business Blues: 3 PROVEN Ways to Keep the CASH FLOWING and

[Brilliance] This ONE Shift Will Bring in More MONEY…

Posted by Kate Beeders on April 30, 2013 - 9:17 am

swampWhen you’ve got a lot going in your business do you say “I’m so swamped”?  Or maybe you say you’re overloaded” or “stressed out”.

I’ve been talking about the power of words since I started my business.   If you close your eyes, what kind of visualization do you have about being “so swamped”?  I’m guessing it’s not a pretty picture.

When you hold a negative mindset, ultimately, that will cause you to dread being busy.  There’s no way to have a successful business without being busy.  So, if you don’t think positively about it, deep down, you’re going to do things (subconsciously) so you don’t reach that success.

After all, why would you want to be swamped…or overloaded?  That makes no sense, right.

Instead, imagine using different words.

Instead of saying “I’m so swamped”…try saying “I have so many amazing opportunities”.  Go ahead, try saying both of those phrases now imagineand pause between each one.  Don’t you notice a difference in how you feel when you say them?  The first, you probably feel a tightness somewhere in your body and your face was tight. The second probably felt a lot better, nicer to say.  Also, you probably stood taller and maybe even had a smile on your face.

Following the Laws of Attraction, what you believe is what you attract.  If you talk negatively, you’ll attract negative experiences into your life.  That’s how it works.  So, my suggestion is an easy way to start shifting your mindset to attract more prosperity.

Start noticing every day the words you choose, the comments you post on facebook or other social media, how you talk to others.  Start changing the words you use and notice how your experience changes.   As you start speaking more positively …just from changing one word,  this one shift, amazing things will start to follow.

successIf you notice it’s hard for you to change your words (maybe you don’t really believe that you can look at this positively) and want help, (after all, over 70% of our thoughts are negative)  I invite you to apply for a complimentary Discovery Session where we’ll get right to the heart of where these thoughts are coming from and what you need to do to change them.  Click here to apply : http://www.tinyurl.com/discoveryKate

[Brilliance] How To Make Money With Your Voice

Posted by Kate Beeders on April 20, 2013 - 11:22 pm

the voiceHave you watched The Voice?  Honestly, I don’t really watch reality television but I just love this show.  The talent is so amazing.  The initial premise of the show is that there are 4 judges (all are top performers in their own right) and the contestants are singers trying to get chosen by at least one of the 4 judges.   The judges seats are turned around facing the audience when the contestants sing and are judged solely on their voice.  The judges can’t tell if they are old or young, skinny or fat, attractive or not, male or female, race, ethnicity or how they’re dressed (some come on the show very stylish, while others have bodies covered with piercings and tattoos).  They are chosen solely based on their voice…nothing else.

The interesting feedback given by the judges I heard over and over again when someone  wasn’t picked was that the song they choice or the style that they were singing in wasn’t the best one for them.   In otherwords, the contestants were not performing their in own unique style, talent and specialness.  Some were trying to sound like Adele, others like Michael Buble, and so on.  The judges said there was already an Adele and Michael Buble  and would invite the contestants to come back, sing in their own style and try again.

I see entrepreneurs doing the same thing when marketing their business.  They copy and imitate what others are doing – even though it adeledoesn’t really show them off in the best light.  What works well for one person, doesn’t necessarily flatter the next.  Everyone has their own style and own unique way of getting their expertise out.  The trick and challenge is to find out what yours is and use it.

I know I had this problem when I first started my business a few years ago.  I saw what the top coaches were doing and I tried to emulate it.  The problem was it didn’t feel natural to me.  Their words, their phrases weren’t my words or phrases.   Once I had the courage to use my own words..once I really got in touch with who I was ….the clients flowed to me like a faucet running on full force.  These were my ideal clients and they couldn’t wait to invest to work with me .  They appreciated everything I did, sent me referrals and wanted my help NOW.  These were the people I loved to work with.

clientattractionGet in touch with what makes you special and different than everyone else.  Ask your clients if you don’t know the answer.  This is how you want to market your business to attract your ideal clients. Everything is so much easier this way.  Honestly.

[Brilliance] Is He Your “Competition”?

Posted by Kate Beeders on April 16, 2013 - 4:00 pm

competitionI received the strangest message on Facebook a few weeks ago.    Someone whom had “friended” me was concerned that I was promoting my Procrastination Buster Workshop in Boston because he was going to be launching his Procrastination Telesummit soon.  He was afraid these two opportunities would (to use his words) “inundate” the market with too many options.   It’s as if he thinks there’s only a limited amount of people interested in this topic and only one of us can promote at a time in the whole entire world :)  (From a marketing standpoint, this is truly ridiculous.  Can you imagine Coca-Cola telling Pepsi they couldn’t advertise at the same time?)

When you are promoting a program, workshop, teleseries of yours, do you worry about the “competition” out there?  Do you get anxious seeing others launching their services?
If so, keep reading as I have a mindset shift for you.

First of all, if you are the only one talking about a certain topic, odds are it is not a very marketable arena to be in.  There are probably a zillion weight loss coaches, life coaches, business coaches, marketing and social media coaches.  That’s because these are very profitable areas to be in.

From a marketing and business perspective, it is a good thing to see lots of other entrepreneurs in your industry and talking about the same results.  The difference in all of you is how you get those results.  The reason some entrepreneurs are more successful than others is that they can clearly get their message out and differentiate themselves in the marketplace. competion2

One of the first things I learned when I started my business is that really isn’t any “competition”.   That’s because we all have different styles and different ways of offering our services.  As a result, we attract our ideal clients.  Who loves to work with me isn’t necessarily the person who’s going to love to work with you..and vice versa.

People work with me because I’m known for FAST RESULTS.  They like the fact I’m an Expert in Marketing (from my years and years as a Business Development Executive) and in Mindset (all of my certifications in a really cool technique called “tapping”) and the Laws of Attraction.  That’s why people are eager to work with me.  No one else can help them the way I can.

Ask yourself these questions. Take some time and really get clear on this:

Why are clients eager to work with you?

What do you offer that no one else does?

What makes you special?

successBack to the story about the message I received on Facebook.  I emailed this person and wished him luck with his venture.   There’s more than enough room for all of us!

[Brilliance] Why “They” Won’t Buy : The TOP 7 Reasons

Posted by Kate Beeders on April 5, 2013 - 9:49 am

clientsA few weeks ago, I was having a conversation with someone who wanted me to sign up for one of the services his company offered.  It was a  several thousand dollars investment.   Truthfully, I was planning on investing in his services when the conversation started.  This was a “warm” call, meaning I knew about his company through a friend who was using his services.  But, he wasn’t able to get me to sign up.  Why didn’t I buy?

Why won’t “they” buy?”
That’s one of the biggest questions entrepreneurs ask me.  They’ll tell me that they’re having a “sales” conversation with a prospective client.  They’re full of hope this person will sign up to work with them but, in the end, the person doesn’t say “yes”, citing various reasons or excuses:

From my experience, these are the TOP 7  reasons they won’t buy:

1)   Your lack of confidence.  Have you ever spoken to someone whose product/service you were interested in but they sounded like a insecure or they said “um” a lot and couldn’t answer your questions.   We all prefer to work with someone who is confident about what they do and how they will help us.

2)   Your programs aren’t what they want.   Solopreneurs create these programs that they’re really excited about, but they never bothered to ask their clients if that’s what they were looking for.  As a result, they’re unmarketable.   Doing a bit of research up front can often help with some tweaks to create a winning product.

3)   Not your tribe.  It’s pretty close to impossible to sign up someone to work with you who’s not your ideal client.  They just don’t want what you have to offer.  And, if you do sign them up, beware, they usually complain a lot, cause problems or want their money back.  (Hint: Stay away from them.  Throw them back in the ocean and let someone else work with them)

4)   Not a good conversation.  There’s an art to having a conversation with a prospective client.  This way the conversation is authentic and doesn’t sound “salesy”.  Too often these calls are pre-meditated or scripted and the person on the other end can sense that.  When it’s done in the right way, the person on the other end of the phone will naturally want to work with you.

5)   Too much emphasis on features…not enough on the benefits and the outcome.   You care about the features, your client cares about clockthe benefits.  What is the outcome they will get from working with you?  Enough said.

6)   Can’t afford it/don’t have the time.   These are just excuses.  If a person is truly ready to work with you they will find a way to make this work.   Or the two of you together will find a way to make this work.  (I am not referring to lowering the investment to working with you).     When you ask the right questions, you will uncover what is behind their excuses and how to move them into action.

7)   All about you.   When you want to engage and connect with someone it’s important to learn about them.   Recently, at a networking event, another coach came up to me trying to get me to work with her.  When I wasn’t interested (she just didn’t resonate with me), she then proceeded to talk to me about her certification classes.  It was all about her.  Big mistake.

client attractionI’m going to be talking more about this and other blocks to our business success in future upcoming complimentary calls. The next call scheduled is MONEY TALKS: The TOP 3 Reasons Why Business Success Isn’t (Always) FAIR (and what you can do about it)

[Brilliance] The BIGGEST Reason You Don’t Get What You Want

Posted by Kate Beeders on March 31, 2013 - 11:57 am

The biggest reason you don’t have what you want is because you don’t have the “right” vision of what you want your business to look like.   At first glance, this might sound basic or like a “no-brainer” to you.  But, if it was that easy for you to do, you would have all of the success you want. NOW.   Right?

visionLet me explain what I mean through these 5 types of entrepreneurs that I’ve worked with:

1) Dizzy Danielle” never took the time to write out what she wants success to look like.  She doesn’t really think about what they want their life to look like?  How many clients and how does she want to work with them?  What kind of hours does she want to work?  Travel or no travel?  On stage?   Joint venture partnerships or working solo?   Danielle really lacks the clarity and focus of what success means.  Since she doesn’t know where she wants to end up, she can’t expect to get there.   Danielle is overwhelmed and stressed out all of the time.  Too much on her plate and too much of the “shiny object syndrome” to make real headway.   There’s a strong possibility her business won’t make it.

2)  “Should-do Sharon” wrote out her vision statement but included in it what she thinks everyone else wants her to do.   stressedShe sees other people speaking on stage and assumes she should, too.   Sharon sees other entrepreneurs hosting telesummits and decides she should, too.   All of her friends are writing a book so that’s what she’s planning to do.  She really isn’t in touch with what she wants and what would make her happy.  Her vision is full of “shoulds” and “expectations” and not about what is really in her heart of hearts.  As a result, she’s starting to resenting parts of her business.   She’s gained 20 pounds that she can’t take off, isn’t sleeping well, and getting chronic headaches.  She wants off of this treadmill but doesn’t know how.

3) “Play- It-Small Sara” does have a vision of what success means to her.   But, sadly,  it’s a really small vision.   She’s afraid to really dream and get herself out in a really big way.  It’s much more comfortable for her to stay in her comfort zone.  She resists taking action to up-level her business, even though she says what she wants most of all is to help more people.   She’ll name every excuse in the book of why she can’t do something.  Sara frequently has the “good month/bad month” syndrome.   She’ll get a taste of success and then take 2 steps backwards.  This unpredictable business cycle is leaving her frustrated, disappointed and afraid to take the big leap.  All of these setbacks are whittling away at her self-confidence as she stops believing in herself.

4) “Fraudulent Frances” feels like she is living a lie.  She does have a vision statement but deep down doesn’t really believe she’ll ever reach it If you were to meet her, you’d see that she is well groomed and often wearing the latest fashions.  Her nails are done and her makeup is perfect.  On the surface she has is all-together, but underneath all of the gloss is a scared little girl who doesn’t believe she really deserves this success or has much to offer.  She often asks herself, “Why would people pay to work with me?  By not believing in herself, she repels any success that could possibly happen to her.  Frances is often a huge over-giver and finds it difficult to set boundaries with her clients, leaving her working nights and weekends to keep up with the demands.
happy entrepreneur5) “Successful Sandra” knows what she wants and has a clearly defined vision statement.  Truthfully, she doesn’t always know how it will happen.  But she can see and taste her success long before it physically manifests itself.  She’s happy and enjoying the journey.  Sandra’s able to take risks and wants to invest in herself to get the outcome she desires and deserves.   She’s strong, determined, and believes in herself.  She has all that she wants and lives her life that way.    She knows when she wants something new, she will find a way to manifest that in her life.

Which type of Entrepreneur are you?  Are you ready to become a “Successful Sandra” and have all that you want and desire?  And, do you want success on your terms?

[Brilliance] TOP 7 fears of heart-centered entrepreneurs

Posted by Kate Beeders on March 26, 2013 - 5:21 pm

successDo you ever look around and wonder why others are having success but you aren’t?   One of the biggest reasons for this is your mindset – and, more importantly, your fears that are keeping you from having a Success Mindset. Your mindset is 95% responsible for your success.  If you don’t believe in yourself (even a little bit) the results you get will reflect that lack of confidence.

Here are the TOP 7 fears of heart-centered entrepreneurs:

1) Fear of Failure.  If you’re afraid that “you” or “it’ won’t be right or won’t work or won’t get you the results you want, you’ll often not get into action or not put everything into what you are doing.  That old “why bother” thought will pop up if you don’t believe you’ll succeed.  Think of all of those people who start and stop the same New Year’s Resolutions year after year.  They may say to themselves “why bother.  I’ve tried before and failed.  What makes me think this time will be different?”.

2) Fear you (or it) won’t be perfect is closely related to the fear of failure.    With the fear you (0r “it”)  won’t be “perfect” stops so many entrepreneurs from taking action.  They look around, compare themselves to others, hear the words they heard growing up, such as, “if you can’t do it right, don’t do it” and they stop dead in their tracks.

3) Fear of rejection stops entrepreneurs from asking for what they want.  They don’t ask for the fearsale”…they don’t ask someone to work with them…they don’t ask someone to “partner” with them…they don’t raise their rates and so on.  If this fear applies to you, you won’t give anyone the opportunity to reject you.  You play it “safe” by not taking action.   The problem is if you don’t take action, you won’t be successful.

4) Fear of success.  Often when I hold workshops, this is the one fear that people don’t “get” at first.  It doesn’t make sense to them.  Why wouldn’t they want success?  But, when you think about all of those dieters who lose (and then gain) the same 20 pounds over and over again – what are they afraid of?  Entrepreneurs go thru the same thing with what I call the “good month-bad month” syndrome.  They’ll make a lot of money and then their income will drop.  They’ll replay this scenario over an over again.  Often, it’s the mindset in their way, with such thoughts as:  “will I have to work too hard to maintain this?”…”will people want too much from me?” …”will people expect more”…”will I lose my freedom?”

5) Fear of getting out of your comfort zone is closely related to the fear of success.  Even though, you might not really like where you are right now and wish you had more clients, had a bigger list, had more successful launches and made more money…you’re comfortable where you are.  You know what it feels like.  The thought of having all of those things, can often scare you.  That’s why people stay in relationships that they’re not happy in…or jobs that they don’t like.  It’s familiar.  Many people heard the expression “the devil you know is better than the devil you don’t know” growing up and that keeps them in the comfort zone.

So, every time those solopreneurs start having more success, they subconsciously sabotage themselves and go back to where they were.

6) Fear of not knowing how to do something.  To grow your business, it’s essential to put new procedures/products/programs etc into place.  For many people, the thought of doing something brand new is so overwhelming that they don’t know where to start.   They view this new thing as a “scary monster” and will do anything to avoid it.  They become overwhelmed, so, instead, will choose to stay a place they think is “safe”.  That fear stops you from taking the steps necessary to grow your business.

7) Fear you’re not good enough or don’t deserve it.   You don’t believe in yourself.  If you don’t believe in yourself, you can’t expect others to believe in you.  The lack of confidence will hold you back every time.

successI’m not saying these fears are rational or will always make sense.  But, they’re buried often deep in your subconscious and the subconscious mind is over 1 million times more powerful than your logical mind.  If that weren’t the case, everyone would be thin and rich!

Which of those fears can you relate to?  If you’d like more help so those fears don’t undermine you anymore, join me in the Rapid Cash & Success System Teleseries.  Here’s the link to learn more :  http://www.KateBeeders.com/rcss

[Brilliance] The must-have mindset trait of a successful entrerpreneur

Did you ever hear that expression “I feel like a million bucks”? There’s truth to that expression.  What I’m going to share with you will sound so basic but it’s one of the hardest traits for most people to have and to keep.

conf3Having confidence is the must-have mindset trait of every successful entrepreneur. Success is 95% due to your mindset.   Without having a confident ‘inner game”, you and your business are sunk.  You’ll never have the growth that you want.

If you use the Law of Magnetism in your life, you’ll know that you attract back like energy.   So, if you’re feeling scared, unsure, desperate…those are the type of clients/customers/ experiences you’ll draw back into your business.  You’ll attract those people who “can’t afford you.

Think about an event you went to recently.  Did you notice how everyone seemed attracted to certain people?  It was their energy and their confidence.  People like to be around that.  Confident people draw other people to them.  Everyone wants what they have.  On the other hand, desperation and negativity repels people.

If you’d like to boost your confidence level for a more successful business, here’s how to do that.  I could give you hundreds of suggestions, but will start with a few easy tips:

conf21)    Dress the part.  I don’t mean you need to go out and buy expensive clothes.  What I’m referring to is how you dress while you’re working.  Many entrepreneurs feel that one of the big perks of working out of their home is they can work in a t-shirt and sweats.  Men often don’t shave and will wear a t-shirt and sweats, while women will often pull their hair back and not wear make up.

The problem is that when you look in the mirror at yourself like that, it doesn’t do much to boost your confidence.  You actually look kind of “grubby”.   You look like someone who should disappear into the background.  Haven’t you noticed that when you take the time to dress nicely and put some time into your appearance, you feel better about yourself.  That feeling will translate into more confidence when you talk to others.

2)    Sit up straight.  When you’re talking to (prospective)clients or business associates on the phone,  you want to sound confident.  Don’t slouch!  A trick I used to use when I worked in the corporate world, was to have a mirror on the wall near my desk.  That mirror reminded me to smile when I talked to others on the phone.  As a result, my positive energy came through over the phone and resulted in better connections with the people I was speaking with.

3)     Set up a special mailbox in your inbox.  Mine is called “Good News”.  This is where I put all of the really nice emails I receive.  Whenever I’ve having a bit of a down day, reading over these emails is a really fast way to raise my confidence and put a smile back on my face.

4)    Do something good (special) for yourself.  The action of making yourself a priority, always raises your confidence level.  This could be taking time to go for a walk, go to the gym, get a manicure, ready a book.  Anything that you enjoy.

confidence5)    Shift your mindset.   Get rid of the negative thoughts and replace them with positive ones.  The fastest and most powerful way I know to do that is through the “tapping” technique, which I am an expert in.  Either find a technique you like and use it on yourself, or for better results, work with an expert.

Maintaining a high confidence level can a lot of work in the beginning (and even later on).  But, as you strengthen your confidence muscle it gets easier and easier to maintain.   Without it, the fear, doubt, anxiety and stress will take over.  When that happens, your business takes a downward turn.

Everyone I’ve ever met, has gone through times when their confidence has taken a “hit”.   Check out this brand new video series to strengthen your confidence muscle:
