I just got off the phone with a woman I met at a networking event. Let's call her Susan. Maybe her story sounds familiar.

However, they're specialists, not coaches, and they don't study why people eat and how to remove those reasons and replace them with positive thoughts and behaviors.
Then there are the Group Weight Loss programs out there. Sure they have lots of advice (and a lot of it is good advice) on counting calories. Unfortunately, it's not complete. You see, many of those programs already had a solid name recognition they received years ago, before recognition of the mind-body connection took off. It didn't happen overnight. In fact, there was a lot of trial and error. I learned the hard way what actually worked and what was junk (and in the process wasting hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars). Until eventually I used techniques that consistently get me the results I want.
